Once I mentioned this problem to Darcy, she thereafter sent me a text or called me when dotloop had sent me an email so that I would not miss the notification. But, best of all, she found us the house of our dreams. We will forever be in her debt.

I like how she conveyed her opinions to assist with our pre-sale renovations. In the end we didn’t have to list as she had a buyer reach out to her before getting to that point. After our P & S was signed; Darcy facilitated the paperwork and would check in weekly in an unscheduled and informal way to ensure we were prepared to move.
